Honoring Thirty-One Years of Commitment

Project Manager Robin Steininger recently celebrated her thirty-first year as a member of the Gillis Gilkerson team. Originally hired to work as a receptionist, Robin migrated to human resources and accounting before landing in her current project management role. Her patience, tenacity and commitment to Gillis Gilkerson’s mission ensure that the projects she manages not only meet, but exceed quality, budget and schedule demands.
Robin’s experience and ‘get it done’ attitude have proven to be a serious benefit to her clients in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Her ability to overcome challenges and navigate supply chain uncertainties with efficiency speak volumes of her value to our team.
“I do whatever it takes to meet my clients’ needs,” said Steininger. “One day, at the Brandywine Apartments jobsite, we were missing appliances. I found some in Wilmington, got in my husband’s truck and drove to pick up all 16 stoves to ensure we had the products needed to deliver the project.”
