Gillis Gilkerson is on Schedule for new Dollar General Store in Westover, Maryland
SALISBURY, MD – November 16, 2017 – Gillis Gilkerson, one of the most stable and trusted Construction Management and General Contracting firms on Delmarva, today announced it is half way done with the new construction of a Dollar General at 8640 Crisfield Highway in Westover, Maryland.

The 9,100 square foot retail space is on schedule for completion within the four month project timeline. The one floor, pre-engineered metal building will have polished concrete floors and sufficient parking space for customers. The landscaping will include a bioretention pond to remove contaminants from stormwater runoff.
Gillis Gilkerson project manager Tyler Barnes and superintendent Don Kelly will have the building ready for Dollar General to move in on December 13, 2017.
