Gillis Gilkerson on Schedule to Complete Spence Baptist Church Community Center in February 2017

SALISBURY, MD – December 20, 2016 – The Gillis Gilkerson team finished hanging drywall  inside the new multipurpose building for Spence Baptist Church in Snow Hill, Maryland.  Crews are working on landscaping to include a forest conservation area behind the building and ceiling installation will start before the New Year.    

The new recreational building is a 7,600 square foot building on church property at 4824 Paw Paw Creek Road in Snow Hill, Maryland.  The one-story fellowship facility will include a multipurpose banquet hall, a youth game room, kitchen, storage and amenities.  The facility is a pre-engineered steel frame building system with a concrete foundation and reinforced monolithic floor slab. The project will include a new parking lot, landscaping and storm water management system.

According to Project Manager, Tyler Barnes, the project is scheduled for completion by the first quarter of 2017.
