GGI Build Out for CoreLife is Underway with Additional Available Space to Lease

SALISBURY, MD – January 29, 2019 – Gillis Gilkerson, one of the most stable and trusted Construction Management, General Contracting and Development firms on Delmarva, today announced it acquired 200 East Vine Street in Salisbury, Maryland.  CoreLife leased 4,000 of the 12,500 square feet of space and the remaining 8,500 square feet is available for lease.

The Vine Street property had been redeveloped from Southern States into 21st Century Oncology in the early 2000’s. Unoccupied for over seven years, the 4,000 square feet of space currently being leased to CoreLife will include a fitness training area and consulting exam rooms.
