Gillis Gilkerson Presents LEED Plaque to Salisbury City Zoo
Dwight Miller, president, Gillis Gilkerson presented a LEED plaque to Ralph Piland, Salisbury Zoo Director for the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification the new Animal Health Clinic received from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). Salisbury’s Animal Health Clinic at the Salisbury Zoo is the first LEED-certified building owned by the City of Salisbury. Thanks to the hard work and commitment of both Gillis Gilkerson & AWB Engineers, the certification was achieved at no additional cost to taxpayers.
