Gillis Gilkerson Partners with Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Grand Opening of the Delmarva Health Pavilion in Millsboro, Delaware

PJH_4449LOWSALISBURY, MD – November 6, 2014 – Gillis Gilkerson, one of the most stable and trusted general contracting and construction management firms on Delmarva, announced the grand opening of the 50,000 square foot Delmarva Health Pavilion at 30265 Commerce Drive in Millsboro, Delaware.  The Delmarva Health Pavilion Millsboro, a two-story multi-purpose medical facility, is a joint project of Gillis Gilkerson and Peninsula Regional Medical Center (PRMC).  

“At Gillis Gilkerson, we do more than build structures,” said Dwight Miller, president, Gillis Gilkerson.  “We build partnerships to meet the needs of our local communities.  This project allowed our team to help PRMC bring much needed qualified healthcare services to its Delmarva community members.” 

PRMC will own and operate a community health center in a centralized portion of the property.  Services provided will be focused on a model that promotes health, wellness, prevention and education.  Currently Peninsula Regional Family Medicine Millsboro, Peninsula Orthopedics, Peninsula NRH Regional Rehabilitation and PRMC laboratory services are open to the public.  Peninsula Imaging and PRMC’s Home Scripts, a full-service community pharmacy are targeted to be open by the end of the year.

There is 20,000 square feet of space still available to lease.
