Gillis Gilkerson Hired to build 20,000 square foot shell in Delmar Business Park
SALISBURY, MD – October 12, 2018 – Gillis Gilkerson, one of the most stable and trusted construction management and general contracting firms on Delmarva, announced it has been hired to build two 10,000 square feet shell buildings on Sussex Highway in Delmar, Delaware. Nanticoke Health Services has leased 6,000 square feet of the first building and the remaining 4,000 square feet plus the second building is available for retail, office and flex space.
