Gillis Gilkerson Completes Renovations to Maryland Food Bank Eastern Shore
SALISBURY, MD – April 9, 2018 – Gillis Gilkerson, one of the most stable and trusted Construction Management and General Contracting firms on Delmarva, today announced the completion of construction for renovations to the Maryland Food Bank at 28500 Owens Branch Road in Salisbury, Maryland.

The project covers 16,316 square feet and was broken up into three phases. Phase 1 included the addition of a new cold storage facility with insulated panels and refrigeration located behind the original Food Bank facility. Phase 2 was an interior office renovation that reconfigured and enhanced offices with new flooring, ceilings and walls. Phase 3 updated the warehouse with new doors and other miscellaneous repairs.
