Gillis Gilkerson Completes Phase II of Maryland General Square in Salisbury, MD
SALISBURY, MD – December 20, 2016 – Gillis Gilkerson, one of the most stable and trusted general contracting and construction management firms on Delmarva, announced the completion of Phase II of Maryland General Square located at 2408 North Salisbury Blvd. in Salisbury, Maryland.

The 9,000 square foot project, designed by Fisher Architecture, was repeat business for Gillis Gilkerson. It included a one story steel and metal framing with masonry veneer. Gillis Gilkerson was responsible for the shell, drywall, electrical, ceilings, and HVAC and floor coverings. The building is being leased to Aspen Dental and Sleep Number with an additional 2,200 square feet of vacant space available for lease.
