Gillis Gilkerson Completes Next Phase of the 600 Glen Avenue Redevelopment Project
SALISBURY, MD – April 27, 2020 – Gillis Gilkerson, one of the most stable and trusted Construction Management, General Contracting and Development firms on Delmarva, today announced the completion of a turn-key fit-out for a new 4,500 square foot, state of the art office for Valucentric, formerly The Trice Group.

Trice sold his original office building to Gillis Gilkerson and then leased the new space at 600 Glen Avenue in Salisbury, back from the company.
“This was one of the final phases of the Glen Avenue redevelopment project,” said Brad Gillis, principal, Gillis Gilkerson. “We were happy to assist Lee in finding a solution that brought his team back together on one floor in a space that preserved the industrial style of the building.”
The project included select demolition, new interior framing, insulation, drywall, acoustical ceilings, HVAC, plumbing and electrical work. Vice President and project manager, Tyler Barnes and superintendent Don Brady worked with the team to meet specifications including open ceilings with exposed trusses and ducts.
