Gillis Gilkerson Completes Interior Fit Out for Life Spring Recovery in Georgetown, Delaware
Gillis Gilkerson, one of the most stable and trusted Construction Management, General Contracting and Development firms on Delmarva, today announced the completion of a 2700 Square Foot interior fit out for Life Spring Recovery. An addiction recovery center, located at 501 West Market Street, Unit 105 in Georgetown, Delaware. The one-story building has been equipped with a conference room, group meeting room and four soundproof exam rooms. Drop ceilings and collector provisions were also built into the bathroom design.

After the Georgetown facility is up and running, Dr. Masone, brother, Anthony Masone, the medical director and sister Rosemarie Masone, director of counseling, plan on expanding into Dover and Wilmington, Delaware and Salisbury, Maryland.
Gillis Gilkerson project manager, Robin Steininger and superintendent Ivan Jackson completed the project in 60 days.
