42 Units Completed in the Newly Renovated Samuel Chase Apartment Complex in Somerset County, Maryland

Gillis Gilkerson announced the completion of 42 units in the Samuel Chase Apartment Complex at 12354 Somerset Avenue, Princess Anne, Maryland The units have been turned back over to the management company. Gillis has 18 units left to complete. The exterior buildings are complete on the west side and buildings 100 and 500 are completed on the east side. Site work will start in the next few weeks.

The project is a joint effort between Gillis Gilkerson, the Department of Housing and Community Development and Green Street Housing. The partners are working to rehabilitate residential space to provide safe and affordable housing for community members in Somerset County.
