The +/- 28,000 square foot facility is situated less than four miles from Bayhealth Hospital’s new Sussex County campus.

The eye-catching, three-story building, designed by Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc., features a modern façade complete with glass accents and stonework detailing. Upon final delivery of the building itself, Gillis Gilkerson initiated tenant buildout and suite customization for Bayada Home Healthcare, Southern Delaware Medical Group, and Dolce Café and Coffee Shop. Approximately 5,000 SF of shell space remains available for lease.
