The Valley Proteins project includes a 20,000 square foot metal building with split face masonry to be used as a vehicle maintenance building, a 1,000 square foot precast concrete building for a truck wash facility and a 9,000 square foot conventional steel and masonry building that will be used for office space. Special truck lifts in the maintenance building will be installed along with a fueling station and truck scale.
